  • Flat rate shipping of R100 for orders below 1000 Rand within South Africa.
  • Shipping is limited to South African borders only.
  • Orders processed within 1-5 business days from receipt of payment.
  • Orders are processed only after payment clearance.
  • In case of stock shortage, customers are contacted within 1-2 business days for alternatives or refunds.
  • All orders shipped via Courier Guy with an estimated delivery time of 1-5 days.
  • No signature is required at delivery, track the package using the provided tracking number sent by email.
  • Not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect details or absence at address.
  • Customer liable for courier fees on failed deliveries.
  • Not responsible for stolen packages, courier errors, or damaged packages signed upon delivery.
  • Notify immediately for damaged packages in transit.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Notify within 1 business day of damaged goods post-delivery.
  • Notify within 7 days of delivery for order errors or product quality issues.
  • No replacements, refunds, or corrections after 7 days post-delivery.
  • Full refund for short-delivered items.
  • Return or exchange products within 14 days of dispatch.
  • Products for return must be unwashed, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Customer covers return shipping costs.

Warranty Claims

  • Contact Lifescape SA immediately for defective products.
  • Defective products to be returned for examination.
  • Defective products repaired or replaced at discretion within the warranty period.
  • Discontinued items replaced with substitute colors/prints.
  • No monetary refunds for defective products.

  • Proof of purchase is the required for all returns, exchanges, and defective products.
  • Products must be within warranty period for returns/exchanges.
  • Products without proof of purchase or out of warranty returned immediately.
